You do not have to. We work with all equipment providers across New Zealand. There will be some significant efficiency gains and savings if the equipment is purchased from Dentec but it is not a requirement.

This can often catch you out. We recommend contacting us for a complimentary site assessment. While some sites may look just perfect, there is a lot to consider when looking at a space for a dental practice.

Generally speaking converting a house is a lot more complex. Houses can often require resource consents, and change of use consents, as well as run into accessibility and car parking issues. Along with this, the property will be required to be completely re-wired to meet medical standards. With a house you will see less economic and efficient use of space as you are using existing rooms and walls.

This varies from project to project. The design stage takes around 4-8 weeks, consents can take 4-6 weeks, and the onsite works range from 6-8 weeks project depending.

100m² - 150m² is ideal. It can often be done in less space, however this will likely impact your ergonomics and practice efficiencies.
