MINT DENTAL HYGIENE
When Nova Edgcombe wanted to set up a sole-operator hygiene clinic, she approached several dental fitout providers Due to the detail in our comprehensive proposal, she decided to work with Dentec.
Peak Orthodontics
With a strong ethos to reach new heights and accomplish goals, leading orthodontist, Dr John Perry partnered with Dentec, to form a steadfast team. Obstacles were overcome, visions brought to life, and this stunningly modern practice was the final result.
AUT training Facility
AUT tripled the size of their OHT simulator training facilities by transforming existing classrooms into one expansive, state-of-the-art 30 chair room optimised for up and coming OHT’s.
Dental Artistry
As a high-end, luxury dental practice, situated in Newmarket, Dental Artistry needed a 7-chair fitout designed to impress. To continue serving loyal customers throughout the duration of the renovations, the fitout was completed in stages with a temporary partition separating the two operations.
AUCKLAND DENTAL CARE
When Dr Aline Gomes and Dr Fabricio Pacheco needed a new clinic in Takapuna, they first reached out to a design and build company. As the project progressed, it became clear that the designs would not align with a dental clinic’s needs and would also not meet dental and health compliance and standards.
Fortunately, the Dentec team was able to step in. We developed and built a more suitable fitout with all the functionality and services required to operate a busy dental clinic.
Matakana Dental
Dr. Vivek Jain needed someone who could apply confidentiality to the business-sensitive nature of setting up a new practice while being employed already.
Waiata Shores Dental
Dr Neha and Vinesh Kuagaonkar reached out to Dentec three years ago with plans to open their first practice. Forward-thinking and early planning set them up for a successful end result — opening the doors to patients in September 2022.
Grafton Dental
As Grafton Dental was located at the bottom of a multi-storey residential apartment building, it was important that Dentec worked around people living in the apartments above to minimise disruptions during the fitout.
Lumino Three Kings
Renovating an existing fitout is a major undertaking, as proven by this recent project in Three Kings, Auckland. The Lumino team required double the number of surgery rooms but in the exact same square meterage. This required careful logistical planning and an effective layout.
North Shore OMS
While searching for the ideal space, a partner was required to work with the team in retaining their market-leading position by ensuring the best technology was available and the design aesthetic retained.
Karaka Orthodontics
Investing in a second practice, while ensuring the continued operation of the first, presented an entirely new challenge. Dr Bhavia needed someone she could trust, who had experience in dental fitouts, as well as someone who could work around her already full schedule.
Millwater Dental
With limited natural light, size restrictions, and a strict 3-month deadline to work with, they needed help from the Dentec team. See how our experts solved these challenges at the link below, along with a full 3D tour of the final result.
Tamahere Dental Centre
The site for Tamahere Dental Centre was only 100m², which meant that space needed to be maximised to ensure an efficient and comfortable layout. With such a compact area to work with, it was important that every inch was well-utilised through careful design considerations.
Grafton Medical Centre
When Dr Lung Choi decided to open his first general medical practice the brief was to create a bright and modern space that prioritises patient comfort and privacy.
Adent Dental
Dr Alejandro Aubane had a specific vision for the practice and wanted to be very involved with the process to ensure the final result met his high standards of design, workmanship, and innovation.
Sanctuary Dental (BUPA)
This Australian-designed project needed to be translated into one that met New Zealand requirements and used New Zealand materials to create a highly functional, spacious 5-surgery dental practice.
Franklin Dental
Dr Beer required a space that portrayed the latest in technology and hygiene standards, preferring a space that felt welcoming and relaxed, professional yet up-market, and without feeling sterile and clinical.
Bays Dental
Creating a sustainable practice was an important consideration for the team at Bays Dental so using natural and eco-friendly products where possible needed to be factored into every aspect of the process.
Riverside Dental
As it was Dr Seena Gopi's first dental practice, sticking to a lower budget was an important requirement. Being a new business owner, it was also her first experience with lease negotiations, financing, and the building consent processes, so she requested assistance from Dentec in these areas.
Elite Dental
For her first practice, Dr Kaur sought Dentec's expertise from the very early stages of the fitout. From sourcing a site and accessing loans to the full design and build, Dentec were there every step of the way.
Lynfield Dental
As Dr John Coburn's first clinic, there were upfront budget constraints to factor in. It was therefore requested that the practice design be kept minimal, with a focus on practicality and affordability.
LUMINO BETHLEHEM
With a growing client base, the Lumino team in Bethlehem required a larger, more effective sterilisation room. The existing space was restricting the team’s ability to service patients effectively so it needed an urgent upgrade.
Focus 32 Dental
When it came to the construction of Focus 32 Dental, Dr Alastair Fung wanted to be involved as little as possible with the day-to-day build on-site.
Greytown Dental
This two-part fitout saw Greytown Dental launch their 3-chair practice in 2016 with a later expansion in 2021 transforming this into a 4-chair practice. Discover how Dentec managed to incorporate a new surgery room without increasing the floor area.
